Neil founded Watershed West in 1999 to pursue his passion for stream and land restoration. Prior to launching his own consulting firm, Neil had a 25-year career in environmental engineering as a consultant, a state regulator, and project manager at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Paige Anna Grant

Paige joined Watershed West in 2004. Her 25+ years in hydrology and watershed management have included a wide range of projects, from water supply or contaminant hydrologic investigations for individual clients, to natural resource policy analysis for environmental publications. She founded the non-profit Santa Fe Watershed Association and directed it for 7 years prior to becoming Neil's partner in business and marriage.
